A private collective

A human-centered collective for people who care deeply about their work—and about the life, love, and connections beyond it.

The philosophy

Our work matters. So do the parts of us that never appear in a biography: the people we love, the questions we carry, and the freedom to live a life that feels like our own.

A place to be known, not just introduced.

Aure Collective brings thoughtful people together across disciplines—not simply to exchange business cards, but to share something of themselves. Different paths, shared values, and room for friendship alongside ambition.

Different perspectives, meeting where it matters.

What grounds us

Four things we hold to.

Not a mission statement. The things we keep coming back to when the work is done and the room is empty.

I

Health

Our work, our bodies, our minds. Nothing else we build is worth more than this.

II

Connection

Being known, not just introduced. Relationships that outlast the room.

III

Love

The people we are for. Time with them is never the reward at the end.

IV

Freedom

Room to change our minds, rest, and choose. Space beyond the title.

Three pillars

What the collective is for.

I — Connection

Relationships that extend beyond the room.

Curated introductions, intimate gatherings, and meaningful connections across disciplines.

II — Growth

Ideas that change how you think.

Honest conversations, shared learning, and new perspectives on our work, our lives, and who we are becoming.

III — Opportunity

What becomes possible together.

Room for friendship, shared experiences, and potential collaborations—without making every connection a transaction.

The members

  • Clinical judgment, patient perspective, and first-hand knowledge of where care succeeds and where it breaks.

  • The instinct to build — turning insight into ventures, products, and new models of care.

  • Capital, discipline, and pattern recognition across markets and stages of growth.

  • Operational depth and the experience of leading people and institutions through change.

  • New thinking in diagnostics, delivery, and the science shaping tomorrow's medicine.

  • Fluency in the tools redefining how we work, decide, and deliver care.

  • Perspective, taste, and hard-won judgment from people shaping how others think, build, and lead.

  • Legal, strategic, and professional counsel that helps good ideas become durable ones.

The most valuable connections often happen between disciplines, not within them.

A note from our founders

The work matters.
The human matters more.

Health. Connection. Love. Freedom.
Not rewards for a life well worked.
The foundations of a life well lived.

We believe in ambition. We believe in building things that matter, doing meaningful work, and bringing our whole hearts to what we do. But the most important thing about a person will never be their title.

It is the human beneath the work. The person who loves, wonders, hopes, and sometimes needs a place to set it all down. In our own lives, connection, love, and freedom are not things we hope to make time for someday. They are what we want our lives to be grounded in.

That is the spirit we are bringing to Aure Collective. Not another room where you have to prove what you have accomplished. A community where you can be curious, be honest, and be yourself—among people who care about who you are, not only what you do.

There is a place for learning, for ideas, and for opportunities that grow naturally. But this is not simply a continuing-education community or a networking exchange. At its heart, it is human beings finding other human beings. Friendship without an agenda. Ambition without losing ourselves. A little more room for what makes life beautiful.

We hope you find more than someone to work with.
We hope you find people to share life with.

With warmth,

Dr. Sara Hammond is a serial entrepreneur, healthcare executive, and CEO and Chief Medical Officer of Aure Health. Her work is an important part of her story, but not its whole. She is co-founding Aure Collective with a belief that being seen as a human being matters more than being known for a title—and that meaningful ambition should leave room for love, freedom, and connection.

Co-founder

Dr. Lane Hammond

Dr. Lane Hammond is a dentist and co-founder of Aure Collective, bringing the same human-centered intention: to make space for the person beneath the work. Dentistry is a practice of trust—someone is in your care long before you know their story. Dr. Lane’s vision for Aure is a community where that care extends further: where shared values matter, conversation can be honest, and relationships are valued for more than what they might produce.
